The parade and swearing in of the 695th Lord Mayor of London, Alderman Michael Mainelli, who took over from Nicholas Lyons, took place on 11th November 2023.
Intelligence Challenge 2023

Eight teams took part in the challenge by practising military-style analysis. They had a chance to experience first-hand how transferable skills gained in the armed forces can benefit a business. Teams were from BNY Mellon, HFW, Canary Wharf Group, Chief Disruptor, Accenture and Moody’s Corporation.

It was fascinating to see how these organisations with their different experiences approached the challenge, demonstrating the diversity of thought and process which Reservists contribute to UK Defence.

BNY Mellon claimed The Intelligence Challenge Trophy engraved with the Intelligence Corps motto Manui Dat Cognitio Vires – Knowledge Gives Strength to the Arm. Congratulations also go to the runner-up team from HFW.
