The Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) Silver Awards 2023 were hosted at the prestigious Royal Automobile Club (RAC) on Pall Mall, celebrating the exceptional achievements of 38 organisations dedicated to supporting the Armed Forces community.

The awards were presented by Sir Ken Olisa, the Lord-Lieutenant for Greater London with Air Vice-Marshal Ranald Munro, Captain Paul Hill RN and Colonel Thammy Evans.
